About us
Miracle Minds is a Cheshire-based therapy service offering compassionate, professional support for children, young people, and adults.
We provide a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space, working in a person-centred and neurodiversity-affirming way that values each individual’s strengths.
For younger children, we use creative and play-based approaches—such as games, art, sand tray, lego and storytelling—to help them understand and express their feelings. For teenagers and adults, we offer structured talking therapies, including DBT, to build emotional regulation skills, resilience, and confidence.
Our aim is simple: to make therapy accessible and empowering, helping people of all ages thrive in everyday life.
Therapy Services
Individual Talking Therapy
At Miracle Minds, we offer confidential, individualised talking therapy designed to meet each client’s specific needs. Sessions provide a secure, non-judgemental environment in which you can explore your thoughts, emotions and experiences with a qualified practitioner.
Our approach is person-centred and collaborative. The pace, style and focus of each session are shaped around your preferences and therapeutic goals to ensure the support you receive is both effective and responsive.
Dialectical behaviour therapy
DBT is an evidence-based therapy for individuals who struggle with emotional regulation, interpersonal functioning and day-to-day adaptive skills. It is particularly beneficial as a structured, longer-term approach for neurodiverse clients.
Programmes combine individual therapy—delivered in talking or adapted formats such as art structured activities or experiential exercises—with skills training focused on emotional regulation, mindfulness, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness.
Work life balance coaching / mentoring
We provide tailored coaching and mentoring to guide and empower individuals in developing their skills and achieving their goals.
As a team, we offer support in:
Balancing work, personal life, health and wellbeing
Life planning, skill development and confidence building
Managing day-to-day demands
Navigating change effectively
Lego therapy
LEGO® Therapy is an evidence-based intervention designed to support children and young people with autism and social communication challenges.
Through structured, collaborative play, participants develop key social skills such as communication, cooperation, empathy, problem-solving, and teamwork. Role-play and guided tasks provide a safe environment to practise these skills.
The programme is flexible and can be tailored to suit individuals of any age.
Sand tray therapy
Sand Tray Therapy is a non-verbal, creative approach that helps individuals express thoughts and emotions safely using miniature figures and a sandbox. It supports self-exploration, emotional processing, and the development of coping strategies in a safe, therapeutic environment.
